Purchase orders are optional.
Required items:  Item Number, Quantity, Name of Item, Size and Color.

If the item is to be custom printed, be sure also to include your artwork (or sketch), color(s) of ink(s) to be used, and the general size and placement of the art on the item to be imprinted. The catalog states the maximum image area for most items listed.

Order cancellation charge is $25 plus costs incurred.

Due to the nature of the custom printing industry, you may receive slightly more or slightly less of a product than you have ordered. Depending on the product, the variance is between 0 and 25% . Billing is for the quantity shipped. If exact quantities are needed, extra charges may apply. Please call for details.

Standard unprinted items are usually shipped within 24 hours. The sales consultant will advise you if an item is temporarily out-of-stock.

Custom printed orders are shipped 2-6 weeks after art approval. Every effort will be made to meet all deadlines of which we have been notified. Rush orders are available on certain products. Please call for details.

Most CPS products can be custom printed. Unless camera-ready artwork is supplied, art charges will apply. Camera-ready artwork is artwork with high black and white contrast, has no grays, has crisp, sharp and clean edges and requires no further touch-up or color separation. We will reduce or enlarge artwork +100% or -50% at no charge. Further reduction or enlargement may require additional charges. Some thin lines may not reproduce at the same thickness as original artwork. Certain items incur screen, plate or die charges as indicated in product listing. Screens, plates and dies may be discarded for non-usage after 2-5 years, depending on product.

If you do not have camera ready artwork (See page 48 of the catalog for artwork specifications), CPS's talented art department can make your artwork camera ready for a nominal fee. Charges are as follows:

Typesetting of your organization name and/or message in a straight line is $10.
Typesetting in an arc is $15.
Free typesetting is available on certain products, as listed in product details.
In order to receive free type setting, the customer must fax a legible copy of wording as it is to be printed on the product. This wording will then be typeset in block letters and imprinted on your product. No proof will be sent for approval on free typesetting orders.
Art touch-up is from $5 to $45.
$50 art charge includes complete redrawing of submitted artwork. Very complex art may require additional charges. Redrawing can be from a sketch, photo or photocopy.
We reduce or enlarge artwork +100% or -50% at no charge.
Further reduction or enlargement may require additional charges.
You will be notified of any and all art charges before production.
A proof of any artwork done by CPS will be sent or faxed for your approval.
Approval must be received before production of your order.
Please note: If the art you send is camera ready CPS will not send for approval. Any errors in camera ready art are the responsibility of the customer. If you are unsure if your art is camera ready, we will be glad to examine your artwork and inform you of any charges needed to make your art camera ready. There is no charge for this service.

In most cases ink colors can be matched at no charge but, exact color matches cannot be guaranteed. Some items may require an additional charge for color matching. See individual product listings for details.

Shipping charges are billed at actual cost and added to your invoice. Pre-paid orders should call for estimated shipping charge. Adjustments will be made through additional billing or credit. A $5.00 handling charge is added for orders less than $50 except sample orders. Unless otherwise requested shipment will be made through the most efficient and economical way possible. Be sure to give your street address and not your post office box for your ship-to address.
 

Business and other organizations must pre-pay until credit terms are approved. Call 1-800-877-5242 or e-mail a request for a credit application. Business accounts must always pre-pay by personal check, Master Card or Visa. Please call for shipping estimates on pre-paid orders. Returns are available on unprinted items only and require prior authorization from the customer service department. Re-stocking fees may apply: Orders under $100 - $10 restocking, orders over $100 - 10% restocking fee.
